Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead process design for desalination, sewage treatment, and industrial water treatment.
  • •Perform technical review of process documents during basic and detail engineering against contractual requirements, codes, standards, and industry practices.
  • •Support pre-contract and project delivery teams with design, construction, and operation matters for desalination/STP/wastewater treatment plants and associated equipment.
  • •Prepare technical specifications and basic design documents; evaluate technical tender submissions and produce reports.
  • •Review contract and design documents and ensure health & safety, QMS, and project lifecycle compliance while coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in environment/chemical/mechanical engineering with 6–15 years of relevant experience.
  • •Process design experience for pretreatment, UF, SWRO/BWRO, STPs, and industrial water treatment.
  • •Experience using SWRO and wastewater treatment design software such as Wave, IMS design, Q+, Toray DS, and BioWin.
  • •Experience designing large desalination and STP projects, preferably including Middle East market exposure.
  • •Ability to coordinate across Mechanical, Electrical, C&I, Civil, and Commissioning teams, and familiarity with international standards (ASME/ANSI, AWWA, WEF, NACE).
