Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems for safe and efficient plant operations.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment, including molding machines.
  • •Visually inspect equipment, measure parts for wear/misalignment, diagnose malfunctions, and document repairs and maintenance.
  • •Modify, repair, and rebuild plant machinery and equipment; perform installation and relocation of equipment as needed.
  • •Follow safety and quality requirements, conduct safety inspections/reviews, complete safety check/change control documentation, and uphold ISO/GMP standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent; Associates degree from an accredited technical institute preferred.
  • •1-4 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (or equivalent) and technical/mechanical background.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skill set for maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • •Able to read, write, and speak English and follow safety requirements (including PPE and LOTO procedures).
  • •Capable of physical mobility and lifting up to 35 lbs while maintaining an attendance record and working required overtime.
