Job Summary

Support daily boutique operations by organizing stockrooms, putting away new deliveries, retrieving items for the sales team during peak times, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor. Coordinate returns reticketing, perform inventory activities (cycle counts and manual counts), and maintain visual and operational standards. Help with shipping/receiving by placing incoming stock appropriately, while providing friendly, client-focused service and staying flexible to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize stockrooms by putting away new deliveries daily and maintaining clean, neat, and organized spaces.
•Retrieve merchandise for the sales team during peak season and provide additional sizes, colors, and options quickly.
•Move product between floors for clients, associates, or back-stocking, and ensure efficient replenishment on each sales floor.
•Support inventory operations including reticketing merchandise returns daily and participating in cycle counts and manual counts.
•Place incoming stock for shipping and receiving in the appropriate stockrooms and complete operational tasks as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.31 - 26 hourly
