Provide senior System z expertise as a hands-on z/OS system programmer, with strong experience in mainframe cybersecurity and/or DevOps. Diagnose complex issues through deep analysis, support adoption of product solutions/portfolio, and explain findings through technical presentations or proof of value. Work with Hybrid Cloud architectures integrating System z with public/private cloud, and apply core security and platform skills such as SAF (RACF/ACF2/TSS) and AT-TLS.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a recognized technical contributor for z/OS system programming on the mainframe platform.
•Drive mainframe cybersecurity and/or DevOps initiatives, including adoption of product solutions/portfolio.
•Analyze and resolve complex technical issues requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
•Conduct technical presentations and/or Proof of Value with minimal supervision.
•Apply architectural understanding of Hybrid Cloud integrating System z with public and private cloud.

Key Requirements

•18+ years of hands-on mainframe system programming experience on z/OS (not computer operator).
•Strong experience with mainframe cybersecurity and/or DevOps adoption.
•Proficiency with z/OS (preferably z/OS 3.1+), including z/OSMF, SMP/e, and ZOWE.
•Expertise with AT-TLS and SAF (RACF, ACF2, TSS).
•Ability to work on complex issues and conduct technical presentations or proof of value with little supervision.
