Handle client transactions accurately while delivering a high-quality in-branch customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, online and mobile banking, and support outbound calling and offer identification. Cross-trained to assist sales and service efforts while contributing to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
