Key Responsibilities

•Manage the opportunity pipeline, build team knowledge of projects, and track key deliverables.
•Drive team capability by ensuring development plans and adoption of internal products and Building Blocks in development.

Key Requirements

•BSc in Food Science or equivalent minimum; Master or PhD degrees preferred.
•8–10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in food and beverage.
•Extensive experience in food product development, especially savory EUM such as snacks and meats.
•Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
•Ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams to support smooth production scaling.
