Key Responsibilities

•Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, focusing on hardware validation, benchmarking, and workload characterization for AI and video throughput.
•Perform complex bottleneck analysis and system‑level troubleshooting, including identifying issues at both the component/PCB level and within the OS/driver layer.
•Develop and maintain automated scalability and performance test environments using a mix of hardware and software tools.
•Review and contribute to high level component design to ensure hardware reliability.
•Collaborate with software teams to optimize driver configurations and OS settings (Windows/Linux) for maximum hardware throughput.

Key Requirements

•B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
•Minimum 1+ years in Hardware design and 1+ years in Software design.
•Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and identify system bottlenecks.
•Deep, hands‑on expertise with x86 server architecture, storage (RAID, NVMe), networking, and embedded systems.
•Experience leading or managing phases of the NPI lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and maintenance.
