Job Summary

Join the APAC Operational Excellence team to drive simplification and automation projects, gather user requirements, and support design and implementation using Microsoft Power tools. You will participate in As-Is and To-Be process sessions, assist in process mapping, and help document business processes in a hybrid (full-time/part-time) role based in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the APAC Operational Excellence Team to deliver projects of simplification and automation.
•Gather requirements from users and support the functional design.
•Assist in developing solutions by Microsoft Power Tools.
•Participate in “As-Is” and “To-Be” business process requirements / optimization sessions with users.
•Support the business process mapping and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate of Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is preferable.
•Experience with Microsoft product offerings such as PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint Content Management, etc.
•Strong interest in business analysis for IT and non-IT projects, Operational Excellence, and Process Reengineering.
•Basic knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio or Mural is an advantage.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong English communication skills.
