Job Summary

Coordinate all food and beverage services at BNPP Site facilities under teslam scope, ensuring high quality, sufficient amount and a wide range of food and beverages across all facilities. Manage planning, stock, supplier performance, and compliance with HSE and quality standards to deliver consistent catering service quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate food and beverage planning for site facilities; review and approve menus and ensure a wide range of food and beverages is available; monitor consumption and optimize costs; manage catering service provider performance.
•Conduct inspections of facilities designated for F&B supplies (restaurants, pantries, coffee stations); oversee kitchen operations and ensure facilities meet standards and HSE requirements.
•Manage catering supplier agreements; monitor delivery quality, brand compliance, KPIs and SLAs; report on supplier performance.
•Prepare monthly reports on catering services, collect customer feedback, and coordinate with supervisors to improve service delivery; monitor staff training and compliance with certifications.
•Ensure all health, safety, security and business continuity policies are followed and that staff maintain required certifications and training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business administration.
•3 years’ experience in relevant field.
•Certificates in OSHA, Food Safety (valid/not expired).
•Ability to review and approve menus and coordinate with stakeholders; monitor service quality.
•Ensure compliance with safety, health and security policies and manage catering staff certifications/training.
