Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions and training programs focused on ongoing ramp and everboarding for Enterprise sellers and leaders across EMEA.
  • •Administer program certifications by scoring and evaluating submissions against rubrics and providing structured feedback.
  • •Conduct field listening via shadows and 1:1s/syncs with first-line leaders to identify Enterprise needs, gaps, and strengths across EMEA.
  • •Lead reinforcement and coaching post-program adoption by designing activities (role plays, deal clinics, skill practice) that drive measurable behavior change.
  • •Partner with Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations to share field insights, pilot/co-build content, and deliver ad hoc training as emerging needs arise using AI tools to accelerate delivery and synthesis.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or a related GTM role with a proven delivery track record supporting Enterprise Sales and/or Customer Success in a SaaS/technology environment.
  • •Strong understanding of Datadog and/or the broader technology industry, including Datadog product pillars (Infrastructure, APM, Logs) and linking capabilities to Enterprise customer value.
  • •Experience facilitating engaging live and virtual training for senior, sophisticated audiences, with familiarity with Enterprise sales methodologies/frameworks such as MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • •Strong business acumen using performance data, field feedback, and qualitative insights to drive enablement decisions; Asana experience is a plus.
  • •Fluency in English, with proficiency in one or more additional European languages a plus; ability to travel ~25% across EMEA.
