Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate maintenance teams to repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other systems, manage inventories, ensure safety and quality standards, and minimize downtime through planned maintenance in a QA facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage break downs and maintenance to meet internal customer requirements; ensure uptime.
•Adhere to defined safety and quality standards; supervise the maintenance team.
•Coordinate planning and execution of preventive maintenance to ensure equipment performs as required.
•Review equipment deficiencies and take corrective action; plan and execute maintenance to minimize downtime.
•Ensure SOPs, safety procedures, and quality systems are followed; maintain organized, stocked work areas and inventories.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of working experience in maintenance/Facilities with mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems.
•3 years of relevant maintenance experience; GCC experience is a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management; MMUP/UPDA engineering registration or Facility Management qualification.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
•Ability to lead and train maintenance staff and develop maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
