  • •Cultivate and manage deep, long-term relationships with the investor community as a proactive point of contact.
  • •Proactively manage investor inquiries, keeping them updated on company development and direction.
  • •Serve as a channel for the C-suite, monitoring investor sentiment and providing real-time market views.
  • •Direct strategy and content for external financial events (earnings calls, roadshows, capital markets days) with a unified corporate message.
  • •Lead communications with analysts and financial institutions, articulating how initiatives drive scalability, margins, and long-term value.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Investment Banking, with a track record in IR within a high-growth environment.
  • •Strong reputation with experience managing investors at all levels, from venture capital partners to institutional funds.
  • •Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and global capital market regulations.
  • •Exceptional diplomatic and negotiation skills to manage complex stakeholder sentiments and resolve conflicts.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics; CFA or MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
