Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with complex and large affluent Personal Lines clients and key carrier stakeholders.
  • •Act as the subject matter expert for Property & Casualty and carrier products and services, including negotiating with carriers for the best results.
  • •Ensure policy compliance and execute accurate, complete deliverables aligned to NFP standards, adjusting as necessary.
  • •Attend renewal and strategy meetings with high-profile or difficult clients and support regional client deliverables with senior leadership.
  • •Manage team structure and monitor team workload to determine capacity for taking on new clients.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Personal Lines and High Net Worth/Private Client Group (PCG) client coverage experience, including P&C account/client management experience in a retail brokerage or independent agency.
  • •Experience with major markets and carrier products/appetite, including AIG, Chubb/ACE, PURE, BerkleyOne, and Cincinnati (and familiarity with Travelers and Progressive).
  • •Ability to read, analyze, and reconcile financial reports and handle complex client situations with sound judgment.
  • •Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, colleagues, and carriers.
  • •P&C Insurance License required upon hire; CIC, CPCU, or other P&C designation preferred; HS Diploma or GED required (bachelor’s preferred).
