Job Summary

Lead a portfolio of complex P&C Private Client Group (affluent lines) accounts as a consultative client advisor. Manage new and existing clients, maintain strong relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders, and ensure policy compliance. Serve as the subject matter expert on Property & Casualty offerings, negotiate with carriers, support renewal and strategy meetings, and oversee team capacity and workload from a hybrid schedule based in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with complex and large affluent Personal Lines clients and key carrier stakeholders.
•Act as the subject matter expert for Property & Casualty and carrier products and services, including negotiating with carriers for the best results.
•Ensure policy compliance and execute accurate, complete deliverables aligned to NFP standards, adjusting as necessary.
•Attend renewal and strategy meetings with high-profile or difficult clients and support regional client deliverables with senior leadership.
•Manage team structure and monitor team workload to determine capacity for taking on new clients.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Personal Lines and High Net Worth/Private Client Group (PCG) client coverage experience, including P&C account/client management experience in a retail brokerage or independent agency.
•Experience with major markets and carrier products/appetite, including AIG, Chubb/ACE, PURE, BerkleyOne, and Cincinnati (and familiarity with Travelers and Progressive).
•Ability to read, analyze, and reconcile financial reports and handle complex client situations with sound judgment.
•Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, colleagues, and carriers.
•P&C Insurance License required upon hire; CIC, CPCU, or other P&C designation preferred; HS Diploma or GED required (bachelor’s preferred).
