Job Summary

Coordinate Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations to ensure VF’s compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements. Prepare and file FTZ reports and customs regulatory submissions, operate the FTZ Inventory Control and Recordkeeping System (ICRS), and monitor admissions, withdrawals, in-bond shipments, and Permit-to-Transfer (PTT) transactions. Reconcile e214/CF forms and resolve ACE filing exceptions while supporting audits, system interfaces, and FTZ network improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the management and oversight of VF’s Foreign Trade Zone operations to maintain CBP and FTZ compliance.
•Prepare and file FTZ reports and customs regulatory submissions on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules.
•Operate and maintain the FTZ Inventory Control and Recordkeeping System (ICRS) and monitor FTZ admissions, withdrawals, and inventory transactions.
•Track inbound shipments and prepare, monitor, and reconcile e214 and other FTZ-related transaction filings and documents.
•Monitor ACE responses, resolve rejected filings and system exceptions, perform inventory reconciliation, and support audit readiness and compliance audits.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 58,752 - 73,440 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field and 3-5 years of experience in FTZ, import operations, or customs compliance.
•Must be able to work directly with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers and inspectors regularly.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
•High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems is desired.
