Job Summary

Shape agentic UX as it’s defined in real time for Adobe’s enterprise customer ecosystem. Join the CXO AI Foundation team building agentic and hybrid UI experiences across design-time composition tools and runtime customer surfaces. Lead and multiply a squad of designers, raise craft through critique, and communicate complex ideas with diagrams, prototypes, and Figma explorations, partnering closely with product, engineering, research, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and multiply a squad of designers across complex, cross-functional product spaces through critique, pairing, and shared exploration.
•Design across multi-surface AI experiences, helping connect administrator configuration to practitioner and end-customer runtime experiences.
•Communicate through making using whiteboard diagrams/flows and high-fidelity Figma explorations and AI-assisted prototypes.
•Raise the craft bar with strong interaction and visual design judgment while working within Spectrum and considering accessibility and composability.
•Partner deeply across Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Marketing, and stay close to the field by tracking what’s working and bringing back patterns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,300 - 274,300 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product design experience shipping high-quality work within a design system at companies known for design excellence.
•Significant enterprise software design experience, with experience thinking about scale, composability, and multi-stakeholder systems.
•Exceptional critical thinking and design judgment, including prototyping fluency (including AI-assisted prototyping).
•Strong UX architecture instincts for scalability, object mapping, and product composability.
•Multi-modal communication skills to convey design decisions to engineers, PMs, researchers, and business leaders.
