Job Summary

Lead facilities and building operations to ensure sustainable readiness, efficient maintenance, and safe, compliant environments. Set and execute operational plans and policies aligned with corporate strategy, manage budgeting and contracts for maintenance and related services, and oversee preventive, corrective, and infrastructure system maintenance. Drive digital transformation for facilities management using CAFM, IoT, and operational analytics, while managing risks, emergency readiness, and coordination with government and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and approve operational plans and objectives for Facilities & Buildings in line with organizational strategy and policies.
•Plan, execute, and oversee building and facilities development/rehabilitation/expansion projects from requirements and designs through final delivery.
•Oversee preventive, periodic, and corrective maintenance programs, monitor technical fault handling, conduct field visits, and track performance indicators.
•Manage facilities-related contracts and agreements by defining scopes/specifications, monitoring contractor performance, ensuring service levels, and taking corrective actions.
•Ensure occupational health and safety, environmental compliance, civil defense requirements, emergency/evacuation readiness, and information security compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent).
•Proficiency in Arabic and English for conversation and writing.
•10+ years of experience in a related field, including 3 years in supervisory work.
•8+ years of experience if holding advanced degrees or professional specialized certifications in facilities management, project management, business administration, engineering, or related fields.
•Ability to lead teams, set objectives, review performance, and recommend suitable training programs.
