Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle complex commercial and consumer products litigation matters, including product liability and torts.
  • •Support multidistrict litigation and class action work as applicable.
  • •Lead and participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • •Develop case strategy and prepare for proceedings in New Jersey state courts (with federal proceedings as preferred).
  • •Collaborate within a large, collegial team; may also consider federal or appellate court clerks.

Salary: USD 245,000 - 320,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Three to four (may consider 5) years of litigation experience in product liability and torts and/or complex commercial litigation.
  • •Experience with Multidistrict Litigation (MDLs) and class actions (a plus).
  • •Strong New Jersey state court experience required; federal court experience preferred.
  • •Experience across litigation phases including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial or trial preparation.
  • •Admission to the NJ bar; admission to the NY bar is a plus.
