Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning, cost management, and materials & fabrication monitoring for brownfield projects.
  • •Assist with project change notices, variation orders, and project execution plans; write reports and take meeting minutes.
  • •Manage project schedules and client-approved budgets are met.
  • •Coordinate procurement support, including Bill of Materials and liaison with third-party contractors/vendors.
  • •Work with discipline engineers on plans and engineering deliverables (including P&IDs/specifications) and coordinate closeout activities while meeting HSEQ requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a post-secondary engineering degree co-op program
  • •Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • •Ability to interact with multidiscipline engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and client representatives on project-related topics
  • •Strong safety orientation and a team-focused attitude
  • •Authorization to lawfully work in Canada without sponsorship from Wood is required
