Key Requirements

  • •Typically 10+ years of work experience in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field.
  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • •Experience collecting and analyzing data to measure process performance and support decision-making.
  • •Knowledge of process improvement, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma).
  • •Familiarity with business requirements, workflow/process documentation, and risk assessment for process changes.
