Build strong relationships with retail banking customers through proactive outreach and follow-up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. •Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products, to educate and guide clients.
•Provide an optimal client experience by greeting customers and processing basic transactions, and complete service requests.

•Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
•Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients and demonstrate customer service and interpersonal skills.
