Key Responsibilities

•Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify B2B leads; Identify and pursue corporate gifting opportunities, with focus on seasonal campaigns and holidays.
•Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospects by providing tailored product information and solutions; Maintain consistent follow-up cadences to move leads through the pipeline.
•CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups using a CRM system; Ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks through disciplined pipeline management.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and continuously improve outreach strategies; Contribute to campaign planning and performance optimization across seasonal initiatives.
•What Success Looks Like: Consistently generate and qualify a steady stream of new B2B leads; convert leads into corporate gifting clients during key seasonal periods; build long-term partnerships and maintain organized CRM records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 900 - 1,300 monthly

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of sales, business development, or lead generation experience; B2B experience is a strong plus
•Proven track record of meeting outreach targets or sales goals
•Experience conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
•Prior exposure to corporate or B2B gifting, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus
•Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
