Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deploy production test solutions (hardware, software, and test content) to meet quality, coverage, and cost targets.
  • •Drive silicon bring-up, characterization, product definition, margin analysis, and performance optimization from first silicon through production.
  • •Investigate and resolve silicon, test, yield, and manufacturing issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Partner with Design, DFT, Platform Validation, Manufacturing, and Hardware Infrastructure teams to ensure testability and production readiness.
  • •Validate ATE hardware and software, improve yield and test efficiency, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

Salary: USD 96,600 - 165,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Experience supporting high-volume semiconductor products from development through production.
  • •Hands-on silicon debug and characterization, including PCIe and DDR signal integrity analysis.
  • •Knowledge of DFT methodologies, including BIST, loopback, boundary scan, and pattern generation flows.
  • •Proficiency with Python and data analytics, with experience using Bash and Git (VS Code preferred).
