Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus four years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Experience managing tenant relocation, housing programs, or large public-sector initiatives.
  • •NY/NJ Agency experience.
  • •Familiarity with environmental documentation or hazardous materials processes, including lead and asbestos removal and disposal.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, and able to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced program environment.
