Key Responsibilities

  • •Take real ownership from day one by using data to investigate problems, test ideas, and recommend improvements to products, customer experience, and business performance.
  • •Build technical skills using cutting-edge tools and techniques throughout the graduate programme and placements.
  • •Turn data into insights and communicate them to stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • •Develop lending and credit decision analysis by modelling, testing, and assessing how changes affect customers and commercial performance.
  • •Create predictive models and apply advanced analytics across experimentation through to production deployment, including risk challenges such as customer experience and financial crime.

Salary: GBP 45,000 annually
