Key Responsibilities

  • •Function as a Field Project Engineer on assigned projects and coordinate with other discipline engineers and construction teams.
  • •Execute assigned work in accordance with the Project Execution Plan, applicable procedures/standards, and safety and quality control requirements aligned to schedule and budgets.
  • •Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • •Coordinate field project engineering with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and other project personnel; prepare scope of work/technical contract writing.
  • •Track construction progress vs. schedule, report deviations, take actions to address progress issues, and manage quality control to meet project requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and construction in petrochemical & refineries projects.
  • •Strong multi-discipline coordination skills and ability to plan work logically.
  • •Proactive, hardworking with teamwork attitude and leadership mindset for problem-solving.
  • •Good English communication skills.
