Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the process for calculating and negotiating airport rates and charges and understand airport operating budgets, facility charges, and capital improvement plans
  • •Direct off-airport leased and owned properties strategy
  • •Negotiate and manage contracts, leases, subleases, and use/operating agreements with airports and commercial/retail landlords
  • •Coordinate internal approvals of leases and facility projects, including space requirements between user departments and landlords
  • •Analyze and model financial impacts of space and rate changes on overall lease economics, and represent the company on airline-airport affairs committees
