Provide front-line, customer-facing service by greeting walk-ins, answering incoming calls, and supporting customers with product information. Process sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and apply payments, while maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising standards. Learn and operate the BisTrack system for inventory discrepancy resolution, receiving, and POS tasks. Help generate new business by referring leads to outside sales representatives and ensure timely internal communication to resolve issues.
