Strategically monitor and synthesize cross-platform community engagement signals across Autodesk’s Design & Make ecosystem, using AI-powered intelligence tools to identify high-impact engagement opportunities, risks, and advocacy trends. Coordinate with SMEs, Expert Elite, and product teams to translate signals into action, strengthen trust and community-led growth, and drive authentic engagement across Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, YouTube, and forums.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and analyze engagement, sentiment, trends, and conversations across the Autodesk community ecosystem using AI-powered tools like Common Room and related platforms
•Track high-priority discussions across external and owned channels (Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, YouTube, forums, proprietary communities)
•Identify emerging themes, customer pain points, product feedback trends, advocacy opportunities, competitive signals, and reputational risks early
•Surface meaningful insights and ecosystem health indicators to stakeholders through regular reporting and actionable recommendations
•Serve as a central coordination point for strategic community engagement across multiple platforms and audiences

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years in community management, digital engagement, or ecosystem coordination within technical industries such as design, engineering, SaaS or developer communities
•Experience monitoring and engaging communities across platforms like Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, YouTube, forums and proprietary ecosystems
•Familiarity with community intelligence and social listening platforms (e.g., Common Room, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Orbit, Khoros)
•Strong understanding of online community dynamics, trust-building, and advocacy development
•Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of signals into clear insights and actionable recommendations
