Key Responsibilities

•60%: Manage and lead regional Soft Service activity, ensuring alignment with global CRE vision and local requirements, including wellbeing and sustainability aspects.
•Translate business needs into Strategy, master plans, policies, guidelines, and end-to-end processes for soft services in line with requirements; develop service delivery plans and SLAs with suppliers.
•Establish uniform contract and performance management methods with CORP CRE; coach IFM suppliers to transform and deliver high-quality services with mature processes, governance KPIs, and performance.
•Develop long-term transition and moving plans in collaboration with the Regional Housing & Workplace Manager; drive data-driven improvements via FMIS and KPI/Kaizen programs to reach operation excellence.
•Lead the Soft Service site/region partner role by advising CRE business partners, managing capacity and budget planning, and aligning supplier relationships with regional strategy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, hospitality management, human resources, facility management, or similar.
•7-10 years of relevant experience in an international high-tech industrial environment.
•Over 5 years of managerial experience, leading a team of more than 5 people in regional satellite real estate/space/facility management.
•Multiple cross-functional experience in HR management, HR business partner, site soft services, and general administration management.
•Fluent in English (spoken and written).
