Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise distribution employees and may supervise other departments; ensure site security, safety, and accurate shutdown at shift end.
  • •Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities (including staffing) to fulfill sales orders and meet inventory requirements.
  • •Monitor and improve efficiency, output, and safety of distribution processes using observations, measurements, and data collection/interpretation.
  • •Ensure distribution processes follow written documentation (batch records, cGMPs, SOPs, work instructions) and maintain/revise procedures and documents.
  • •Investigate and eliminate non-conformities using root cause analysis; implement corrective and preventative actions, and support audits/ISO conformance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical field (life science, chemistry, and/or engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of progressive distribution/relevant experience with supervisory experience, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •Experience in life science/chemistry/chemical production is preferred, with cGMP manufacturing experience considered a plus.
  • •Familiarity with chemical and/or aseptic production processes and applications in a similar industry is preferred.
  • •Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to perform risk assessments and develop corrective measures.
