Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve operational, infrastructure, or hardware incidents across multiple data centers.
  • •Manage full lifecycle for data center hardware, including deployment, operation, and decommission.
  • •Physically rack and cable data center equipment and track/log incoming equipment storage.
  • •Perform quality assurance testing, run hardware diagnostics, and replace failing parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Linux and Windows server setup and operation experience.
  • •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for data center operations.
