Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement backend orchestration layers between AI components within microservices for agent workflows and runtime operations.
  • •Build scalable LLM-powered systems, including RAG pipelines, tool-use workflows, and multi-step reasoning agents.
  • •Develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, Dify, and OpenAI SDK or an internal orchestration system via code.
  • •Integrate LLM, RAG, TTS, and ASR components and ensure correct agent flow implementation.
  • •Write and optimize prompts, conduct integration testing, and collaborate with research and product engineering teams to deliver agent-based solutions across vertical domains.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 177,100 - 387,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
  • •10+ years industry experience (or Master's and 8+ years, or PhD + 5 years).
  • •Understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, and multi-modality (speech and vision).
  • •Development experience in Python, C++, or Java, plus AI frameworks/libraries such as PyTorch.
  • •Familiarity with multiple agent architectures and experience designing and implementing multi-agent systems.
