Job Summary

Lead BIM and digital delivery for real estate clients, translating requirements into BIM strategies, documentation, and execution plans aligned to industry best practice and ISO 19650. Oversee rollout across programmes and projects, manage digital risk and transformation, and facilitate stakeholder workshops. Partner with client teams, design partners, and contractors to implement BIM methodologies, peer-review work, write detailed reports, and contribute to bids, new business opportunities, and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities

•Capture client requirements and develop BIM strategies, documentation, and workflows aligned to industry best practice.
•Lead and manage BIM implementation and rollout across client programmes and projects, including information management and supply chain considerations.
•Communicate BIM strategy and documentation to stakeholders, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
•Identify and mitigate digital risks, and lead digital transformation and strategy for BIM delivery.
•Write detailed reports, peer-review colleagues’ work, support project deliverables, and help with bid development and new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

•A consultancy background with experience across design processes and procurement routes in a relevant industry.
•Strong understanding of BIM industry standards and best practice, including ISO 19650 and international BIM standards.
•Working knowledge of common data environments and the roles/responsibilities involved in BIM-enabled projects.
•Practical experience with 3D modelling and BIM tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
•Experience with 3D model interrogation and clash detection tools (e.g., Solibri or Navisworks) and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
