Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the subscriber data management platform across 2G–5G core domains, ensuring high availability and data integrity for subscriber profiles.
  • •Design and maintain provisioning workflows (IMSI/MSISDN management, service profiles, roaming configurations).
  • •Implement and verify MAP, Diameter (S6a, S6d, Cx, Sh, Zh) and HTTP/2-based (N8, Nudm) interfaces to core elements like MSC, MME, AMF, SGSN.
  • •Create dashboards to monitor KPIs and surface anomalies to prevent outages; lead incident management and vendor coordination.
  • •Perform maintenance, security audits, patching, and emergency response; drive automation of provisioning and audit tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of core telecommunications network experience, with a focus on subscriber data management in mobile networks (HLR/HSS/UDM/UDR).
  • •Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent; post-graduate studies are a plus.
  • •Deep knowledge of HLR platforms and Diameter/MAP signaling; hands-on experience with 5G UDM/UDR and cloud-native deployments.
  • •Experience with IMSI/MSISDN provisioning, roaming configurations, and provisioning workflows.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills, including protocol trace analysis (Wireshark/tcpdump) and SLAs in MVNO environments.
