Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume ownership of product schedules (NPI or Mass Production), logistic equipment, or supply-chain roles based on factory needs.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, shift-operations, and quality to identify issues, resolve critical incidents, and create/maintain SOPs.
  • •Conduct capacity analysis and supply-chain forecasting to identify risks and execute corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate factory production schedules and actions with internal teams and external stakeholders (Korea HQ) to align priorities.
  • •Partner with systems technology and engineering to improve scheduling and productivity systems, then develop tools/processes and lead training for standard workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering & Applied Mathematics.
  • •4+ years’ experience in lean manufacturing, factory operations, capacity planning, or project management.

  • •Preferred knowledge of Python, SQL, and Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira).
