Job Summary

Support QA activities across new development cycles for releases by planning, executing, reporting, and ensuring end-to-end test coverage. Contribute to Agile user story reviews, design and implement exploratory and automated test scenarios, debug issues, and define corrective actions. Track QA metrics, perform risk analysis, document progress/results, and run thorough regression testing. Build well-structured test plans/cases and contribute to QA processes and continuous improvement in an Agile Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, execute, report on, and support successful completion of QA activities for new development cycles and releases.
•Participate in Agile user story reviews and collaborate with stakeholders and developers to understand application functionality.
•Design and implement end-to-end test scenarios, including debugging and defining corrective actions.
•Track QA metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts) and perform risk analysis and regression testing.
•Create detailed test plans and test cases and support development/execution of automation scripts.

Key Requirements

•Some expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
•Understanding of SQL and scripting.
•Understanding of object-oriented programming and the software development process.
•Some expertise in Agile development such as Scrum and familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
