Ensure Multiplier’s entities comply with applicable laws and regulations by advising stakeholders on corporate secretarial, HR, and employment compliance matters. Perform audits and risk assessments, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures with cross-functional teams, provide employee training, and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to stay current on legal changes.
