Evaluate vendor bids, negotiate pricing and terms, administer deliveries, and handle non-conformances, claims, disputes, and change orders. Monitor execution and vendor performance, oversee contract closure, maintain contract records, and ensure compliance with legal and management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
