Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee timely preparation, review, or compilation of quarterly and annual reports, including drafting and reviewing MD&A.
  • •Coordinate internal and external review of SEC and other financial reports.
  • •Maintain compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting requirements.
  • •Provide process analysis and maintenance for regulatory compliance (SOX, SEC, FASB) and recommend automation and improvements.
