Job Summary

Support Placement Leads in designing and delivering insurance placement strategies across key lines of business. Assist with program design, insurer engagement, market negotiations, analytics insights, and market intelligence for client teams. Help ensure placement excellence and operational efficiency across the New Zealand portfolio by building relationships with underwriters and carriers, supporting tender and retention activities, and identifying conduct, operational, privacy, and third-party risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Placement Leads with program design and strategic account reviews.
•Support portfolio management and insurer engagement across NZ, London, Asian and Australian markets.
•Provide market insights and advice to client servicing teams.
•Create and share analytics-driven insights using Aon data and analytics platforms.
•Support tender responses, retention strategies, and client acquisition; identify and manage conduct, operational, privacy, and third-party risks.
