Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and build advanced AI-native platforms for Growth Engineering that enable campaign orchestration, experimentation, and Martech automation.
  • •Architect reusable engineering services and platform capabilities across Growth, Martech, and Personalization organizations.
  • •Build agentic engineering workflows that automate campaign development, validation, content generation, and operational engineering tasks.
  • •Design scalable platform APIs, orchestration services, and integration layers spanning Adobe Experience Cloud, internal platforms, and AI services.
  • •Drive production-grade AI platform implementation and architecture decisions across scalability, observability, reliability, security, and maintainability, partnering with architects and product managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Develop production AI systems beyond simple LLM integrations, including orchestration, agent systems, tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval pipelines, evaluation, and self-directed processes.
  • •Experience building engineering productivity platforms using AI (not isolated AI features).
  • •Deep knowledge of prompt engineering, evaluation, context management, MCP, and multi-agent orchestration.
  • •Strong system design skills building distributed platforms, orchestration systems, or workflow engines.
  • •Experience designing reusable engineering frameworks and internal developer platforms; experience with Martech, Personalization, Growth Engineering, and Adobe Experience Cloud is a plus.
