Destination Service Specialist - APAC

Own the landing destination services for employees across APAC, driving improved employee satisfaction and standardized operational processes. Coordinate with global vendors and local partners, assign cases, and resolve escalations for employees and stakeholders. Partner with policy, HROP, and business teams to ensure readiness. Continuously improve employee experience by building/updating APAC knowledge bases and training stakeholders with country-specific checklists, guidelines, and manuals.
