Job Summary

Lead an Agile team supporting the AN/TPY-2 missile defense radar program. Own and manage the team backlog, refine requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria, and define sprint objectives. Oversee technical, financial, and schedule execution, perform radar system performance assessments, validate requirements via test scenarios, and develop mission plans and radar inputs. Support proposal efforts and ensure alignment with team financial planning while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Agile team backlog, refining and prioritizing tasks into user stories with acceptance criteria.
•Run refinement sessions to break down epics into smaller estimable stories and define sprint objectives.
•Oversee technical, financial, and schedule execution including milestone planning, schedule development, earned value tracking, and managing competing priorities.
•Perform radar system performance assessments and validate performance by verifying requirements and generating test scenarios.
•Lead design, prototyping, software development, integration, testing, and analysis of new or enhanced radar capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience leading a technical effort.
•Experience overseeing and/or monitoring technical cost and schedule performance.
•Experience in radar systems engineering, signal processing analysis, or performance assessment within a defense or aerospace environment.
•Proficiency in MATLAB and Python for automated scripting, data visualization, and modeling.
