Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain the Process Safety Management program per OSHA and company policies.
  • •Create, review, and maintain PSM documentation, including process safety information, operating procedures, and emergency response plans.
  • •Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews; document findings and track corrective actions.
  • •Perform and facilitate hazard analyses (including PHAs) and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance on risk mitigation.
  • •Deliver PSM training and lead investigations of process-related incidents and near misses, including emergency response planning and drills.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of Process Safety Management experience, preferably in manufacturing or food processing.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA PSM standards and applicable safety regulations.
  • •Knowledge of process safety principles and strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and safety management systems; CSP or similar certification preferred.
