Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive growth in WSP’s Property Compliance consulting services and practices.
  • •Establish, implement, and continuously optimise systems, digital tools, and workflows to improve ESM service delivery.
  • •Prepare tenders, bids, and proposals and secure portfolio-scale programs of work.
  • •Represent WSP as a recognised technical leader in ESM services and develop and maintain key client relationships and project portfolios.
  • •Conduct site inspections and assessments of Essential Safety Measures, witness and assess Systems Interface Testing (SIT), and provide technical advice, reports, and quality assurance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building Surveying or equivalent.
  • •Typically 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Demonstrated technical leadership in ESM consulting.
  • •Proven business development and client relationship management success.
  • •Strong knowledge of ESM legislation and compliance requirements.
