Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage multiple concurrent capital projects, including renovations, workplace, infrastructure, and facility improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead project planning for scope, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement strategies.
  • •Coordinate and manage architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain budgets/schedules/forecasts, monitor performance, manage change control, and communicate status, risks, and milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate occupier, construction, owner's representative, or consulting environments.
  • •Experience managing capital improvement, workplace, renovation, or facility-related projects.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • •Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and consultant management; PMP/CCM preferred.
