Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supplier relationships with a long-term focus based on mutual transparency and trust
  • •Spearhead day-to-day management of strategic accounts, escalate issues, sign off QLTCS and other reviews, and assess risks
  • •Maintain transparency of interactions, long-term competence, cost roadmaps, and development activities
  • •Sharpen negotiation scripts and support Account Managers in commercial contract negotiations and deal making
  • •Track and formalize long-term supplier performance with full global QLTCS accountability for the supplier

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management
  • •Experience with New Product Introductions (NPI) is a plus
  • •Understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints, product life cycle/ market dynamics, and category cluster’s specific requirements
  • •Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • •Ability to work effectively in a virtual team and manage long-term supplier performance
