Director, Structures - Design (X-BAT)

Lead the aerostructures organization for the X-BAT program, directing design, analysis, integration, testing, and certification strategy for primary metallic and composite airframes. Build and mentor a high-performing team, establish engineering processes across the program lifecycle, drive lightweight, manufacturable structures, and ensure production-scale readiness while collaborating across flight sciences, propulsion, avionics, manufacturing, and supply chain.
