Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the roadmap for the legal operations platform, including governance, performance visibility, and compliance aligned to enterprise strategy.
•Drive end-to-end execution from discovery through launch with engineering, maintaining a fast cadence and high quality.
•Partner with enterprise customers and customer success to understand how legal teams manage outside firms and vendors, translating insights into requirements.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market, partnerships, and legal engineering to position and enable features for sales and deployment.
•Establish success metrics and feedback loops to measure platform value and continuously prioritize and iterate.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 213,600 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company.
•Proven track record owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products, ideally in enterprise SaaS and data-intensive domains.
•Strong technical acumen to collaborate on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
•Experience building products for sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control requirements.
•Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders from engineers to executives.
