Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and optimize enterprise-grade agent orchestration frameworks for tool use, memory, RAG, and automation.
  • •Integrate and standardize Gemini models via Vertex AI, including secure API consumption and internal SDK abstractions.
  • •Develop reusable libraries and reference implementations for high-code agents in Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
  • •Implement observability, evaluation, and safety governance (logging/tracing/telemetry, hallucination mitigation, prompt injection defenses, policy enforcement).
  • •Optimize inference performance and scalability across agent workflows, including caching, streaming, batching, and benchmarking.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software engineering experience with strong distributed systems and backend architecture.
  • •Deep hands-on coding in Python plus at least one of Go, Java, or TypeScript.
  • •Hands-on production experience with LLM-based systems (prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, embeddings, agent frameworks).
  • •Experience integrating enterprise AI platforms such as Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, and/or OpenAI APIs.
  • •Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
