Job Summary

Lead the implementation, rollout, and optimization of secure, production-grade agent orchestration frameworks for enterprise AI agents. Build scalable agentic systems and integrations as part of a Gemini rollout, using Vertex AI and internal AI platform infrastructure. Develop multi-agent collaboration and workflow automation, reference implementations in Java/Python/Go/TypeScript, and secure integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, ServiceNow). Drive observability, safety, performance optimization, and developer enablement for AI-enabled applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and optimize enterprise-grade agent orchestration frameworks for tool use, memory, RAG, and automation.
•Integrate and standardize Gemini models via Vertex AI, including secure API consumption and internal SDK abstractions.
•Develop reusable libraries and reference implementations for high-code agents in Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
•Implement observability, evaluation, and safety governance (logging/tracing/telemetry, hallucination mitigation, prompt injection defenses, policy enforcement).
•Optimize inference performance and scalability across agent workflows, including caching, streaming, batching, and benchmarking.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of software engineering experience with strong distributed systems and backend architecture.
•Deep hands-on coding in Python plus at least one of Go, Java, or TypeScript.
•Hands-on production experience with LLM-based systems (prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, embeddings, agent frameworks).
•Experience integrating enterprise AI platforms such as Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, and/or OpenAI APIs.
•Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
